On Monday 20 Aug all old mail and contacts were reported to have been restored to the new email accounts At 9pm the additiona of the old caused a domain error reporting that that the domain went over limit. The ISP have confirmed that this is NOT the case, but have so far not resolved the error and all mail is bouncing and being lost. This effects all users, not just webmail users. This support incident has been excalated and is being given high priority. I have not time table for resolution. A few users are reporting that they can not access mail accounts. The reason for this has been use of the wrong bookmarked address.
